Classic fish pie with smoked haddock, haddock and salmon in a rich and creamy sauce flecked with herbs and topped with buttery mash.

Ingredients

MSC Smoked haddock, haddock, salmon, milk, onion, peppercorns, bay, salt, pepper, dill, parsley, tarragon, butter, flour, cream, potato, nutmeg, parmesan, lemon and zest.

Instructions

Cook from frozen in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) for 50 minutes. Remove the lid after 20 minutes for a crispy top.
