Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns – all of our meals are freshly frozen and must be kept at the correct temperature for safety and quality.
However, if there’s ever an issue with your order – whether something arrives damaged, missing, or not quite right – please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll always do our best to put things right, including offering a refund where appropriate. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we’re here to help.
